Duties Summary:
| No | Air Conditioning Duties |
| 1 | Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights. |

| 35 | Skills Accredited HVAC Trade School graduate or equivalent. Ten years field experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and correcting diverse commercial HVAC service issues. |
| 36 | Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined. |
| 37 | Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company |
