Duties Summary:

1 | Adhere to all safety policies and procedures |
2 | Administer all state, federal and local requirements as directed. |
3 | An active and unrestricted Plumber license by the State Board of Plumbing Examiners is required or at a minimum, a Journeyman License. The license shall be active throughout the duration of the Contract. |
4 | Answers calls for plumbing issues from tenants and customer |
5 | Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment |
6 | Assist in events, promotions, local leasing, activations, and media activities. |
7 | Assist with Property Inspection Report process. |
8 | Assist with Risk Management Root Cause Analysis program. |
9 | Carries out regular maintenance of plumbing systems |
10 | Communicates well with clients to ensure client satisfaction |
11 | Communicates well with team members and fellow employees. |
12 | Conduct job site inspections and monitor workmanship standards |
13 | Conduct operational audits for safety, standards, and compliance in conjunction with Centennial policies and Jurisdictional requirements. |

15 | Direct and manage center supplies stream and services provided by contractors. |

40 | Maintain all HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems via appropriate testing methods and related documentation (e.g. eddy current testing, infrared inspection, hydro jetting and camera in inspection, legionella testing, etc.). |
41 | Maintain compliance of vertical transportation operating permits and certificates as per jurisdictional requirements. |
42 | Maintain the fire and life safety systems according to code and in a manner to protect all building occupants. |
43 | Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in the plumbing trade on large complex buildings (commercial office preferred), the major duties of which include maintaining and/or repairing building plumbing systems |
44 | Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to achieve budgeted margins and profits |
45 | Must be able to pass and maintain a clean background investigation suitable for operating on a Federal Facility |
46 | Must successfully pass drug screening prior to employment and random screening through their employment. |
47 | Operate effective general and preventative maintenance programs by implementing and integrating Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) into daily operations of the entire mall team. |

49 | Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery |
50 | Oversee operations administration by bidding and contracting for supplies and services as provide in Centennial policies. |
51 | Oversee property vendors/contractors and manages the Request for Proposal (RFP) and vendor/contractor selection process and contract creation. |
52 | Oversee the waste management and recycling contract and tenant program. |
53 | Perform maintenance of water supply systems |
54 | Perform routine preventative maintenance |
55 | Performs any necessary repairs to previously installed systems |
56 | Performs installation of plumbing systems |
57 | Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings |
