Duties Summary:

No Construction Duties
1  Schedule appointments
2 Ability to use radios to communicate with other laborers at different spots

61 Operate effective general and preventative maintenance programs by implementing and integrating Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) into daily operations of the entire mall team.
62 Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
63 Order and manage office and job site supplies

65 Oversee operations administration by bidding and contracting for supplies and services as provide in Centennial policies.
66 Oversee property vendors/contractors and manages the Request for Proposal (RFP) and vendor/contractor selection process and contract creation.
67 Oversee the waste management and recycling contract and tenant program.
68 Participate in establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the successful completion of work that is within budget and schedule constraints, provide guidance to subordinates and ensure that such policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
69 Plan, maintain and practice effective emergency communications and response, including the Store Alert system.

Skills Summary:

1 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
2 3-5 years’ experience in property maintenance, operations, or construction management.

15 BS degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) from an accredited college and 5 or more years of relevant experience.
16 Candidate should be able read and understand basic safety instructions
17 Candidates from a Scaffolding, Carpentry, Construction, Laboring or Events background are preferred.
18 Cannot be afraid of heights
19 Comfortable working after hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
20 Comfortable working at heights with scissor lifts
21 Computer skills including; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
22 Construction experience preferred (but not required)
